In 1990, the firm expanded to encompass a broader range of worklife and workplace issues, responding to requests from businesses and organizations to design and manage programs and services to align individual career goals with organizational performance objectives. In 1994, the company was incorporated under its current name with two divisions -- Career Planning (for individuals) and Career Management (for organizations).
Career Planning offers individuals the confidence that's required to move forward with focus and clarity of purpose. Through a process of self-assessment, skill identification and exploration of work options, individuals can create a career plan which enhances their value and protects their future.
Career Management provides organizations a vehicle for aligning business goals and objectives with employee development to achieve a competitive edge. An organizational career development plan ensures that employees are skilled and motivated to meet an organization's short and long-term needs.
