We adhere to the ethical guidelines of the National Career Development Association, the National Board for Certified Counselors, and the Association of Career Professionals International.

Our fee schedule is as follows:

Individual Career Counseling and Coaching
    Single session  $195
     5 sessions        $900
    10 sessions      $1650

Mostly, we work with mid-career professionals, serving as an information resource or sounding board, to coach them in making decisions and solving problems relating to their careers and work lives. As a first step, we discuss what's working and what's not, identify areas to work on, and develop a career action plan. Services range from career assessment and skills identification to resume development and interview coaching. If you're not sure which is the best for you, then an hourly rate would be the best way to go for now.

Distance Coaching
Includes two 45-minute telephone sessions per month with additional email support
    3 month program    $1200
    6 month program    $2200
    12 month program  $4200

Career Testing and Assessment
   $850

The career testing package includes the administration and scoring of four career assessment instruments. In most cases, we use the following instruments:

  • Strong Interest Inventory
  • Myers-Briggs Type Indicator
  • Transferable Skills Assessment
  • Work Values Inventory

Your results to the instruments are integrated into a 30-page Career Management Profile Report and presented to you in a 2-1/2 to 3 hour session. In addition, you receive a 1 hour follow up session to use however you wish. Some of our clients like to use this hour for further application of their test results -- others prefer to use the hour to discuss resumes, interviewing, etc, but it's up to you.

Career Transition Program
   $2400

The Career Transition Program focuses on the development of skills necessary to conduct a successful search for a new position. Through a combination of counseling sessions and individual assignments, we progress through three phases.
